Samer has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel School Damascus. He has also completed two higher diplomas in hotel management and room’s management, both diplomas with honors and various professional courses in hotel management, Sales & Marketing, leadership, and customer service.
Throughout his career, Samer has held several leadership roles in well-known with luxury brands, hotels and resorts in the Middle East, General Manager at Metropolitan Hotel Dubai, General Manager with IHG, COO with Mondo hospitality (managing luxury hotels in Dubai and Malaysia), General Manager at several luxury hotels, Cluster Director of Sales and marketing with IHG, Group Director of Sales and marketing with several international brands. His experience spans across various departments, including food and beverage, rooms division, and sales and marketing.
As a General Manager, Samer is known for his strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. He has a proven track record of successfully leading hotel teams to achieve their targets and exceed guest expectations. Samer is also passionate about mentoring and developing his team members, which has led to several successful internal promotions within his departments.
